Carla's daughter Mackenzie (24) has Down Syndrome but that does not get in her way of bringing joy to everyone she meets. She works two part time jobs and lives in her own place with a roommate. Everyone has Mackenzie's best interests in mind and that is what Plan Edmonton supports. A parent's wishes, as the parents know best what is right for the child, or in this case, adult.
