We offer Future Consultation Planning which involves the following steps:

Creating a future vision for your loved one, including input from family members.
Describing the personal network around your relative, identifying the people who will play important roles in the life of your family member with a disability.
Identifying housing options, both present and those that may need to be created to best meet the wishes of your relative.
Identifying contributions and gifts your loved one has to offer. Helping to recognize roles and capacities that are valued in society.
Assistance in decision making to ensure that choices are being respected.
Wills and estate planning to allow for financial security.
Securing your plan by setting out who will implement the plan, monitor your loved one’s quality of life, and advise your trustees/administrators on his/her behalf.
